Don't be a big spender

You don't need to be a big spender to have personalised Hunter Boots. Dame Shirley Bassey paid a whopping £3000 for hers, but you can create this same sparkling creation yourself.

5 Simple Steps to Glam Your Wellies

Personalising your Hunter Boots and Wellies is a simple process, all you need is a little imagination. Try to remember simplicity is creativity. Putting too much detail can cause your art work to look imbalanced.

STEP 1: Choose the Colour of Your Wellies

We recommend the Original Hunters, they come in several different colours to chose from.

STEP 2: Choose the Colour of Swarovski Crystals

We like the Black or Clear Crystals, the choice is yours.

STEP 4: Personalisation

Thinking for ideas to personalise your Wellies in a unique way can be hard, try to keep it simple by using a nickname or pet name.

Have a look at some of these ideas:

  • Diva
  • Star
  • Dad
  • His or Hers
  • Hunk
  • Hip on one Hop on the other
  • R&B
  • Bride
  • Groom
  • Mum/Mom
  • 10 years
  • Initials
  • OSU
  • Sexy
  • Babe
  • Glam on one Girl on other

STEP 5: Sketch with pencil where you are going place the crystals

Lightly sketch with pencil where you would like to place your crystals on your Wellington. Use E6000 Crystal Adhesive Glue to apply the crystals and leave to dry in a cool, dry and well ventilated place until the crystals have firmly set. Remember to always keep some spare crystals should you loose one while dancing at a festival.
